Robert G. Miller

Robert G. Miller, 84, of Logansport formerly of Royal Center passed away peacefully at 9:30 p.m., Thursday, March 9, 2023 at home.

Born on December 24, 1938 in Monterey, he was the son of the late Gene and Dorothy (Hines) Miller.

He was a Twelve Mile High School graduate. Bob was also a U.S. Army veteran.

Bob retired from Wilson Foods in Logansport. He was a member of Baptist Christian Church and enjoyed spending time with family, playing scratch off lottery tickets, traveling and most of all throwing horseshoes at Rea Park in Royal Center.

Survivors include his son, Mark Miller (Teresa) of Logansport, grandsons, Trent Miller of Flora and Shaun Miller of Logansport, brothers, Alvin “Bud” Miller (Joan) of Logansport and Jim Miller (Mary) of Greentown and sister, Linda Eytcheson (Charlie) of Kokomo.

He was also preceded in death by his first and second wives, Judith Miller and Joyce Miller and sister, Margie Flitcraft.

Services will be at 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 13, 2023 at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Harrison Chapel, Harrison Chapel, 304 S. Chicago St., Royal Center.

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Sunday, March 12, 2023 at the funeral home.

Burial with military rites will be performed at Ever Rest Memorial Park.
