Wiladean DeWitt, 91 of Warsaw formerly of Kewanna passed away peacefully at 4:27p.m., Thursday, July 16, 2026 at Miller’s Merry Manor in Warsaw.

Born on July 11, 1935 in Monterey, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Wilma (Shoemaker) VanDuyne.

She was a Kewanna High School and Indianapolis School of Nursing graduate.  Wiladean was a former secretary at Kewanna Screen Printing.  She was a former member of the Kewanna Saddle Club and enjoyed riding horses, crocheting and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include her husband of 71 years, Eugene DeWitt, son; Jim DeWitt of California, daughters; Kelsa Enyart (Richard) of Warsaw, Judy Kupke of Buffalo and Wilma Jean Brazier (Gary) of California, brother; Frank VanDuyne (Ruth) of Terre Haute, grandchildren, Scott, Josh, Brad, Nicke and Courteney and great grandchildren; Paris, Italy, London, Adler and Christopher.

She is also preceded in death by sister; Donnabelle Fisher.  

A gathering of family and friends will be from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday, July 27, 2026 at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Kewanna Chapel.
