Waunita LeDonne

Waunita M. LeDonne, 82, of Logansport passed away at 7:02 a.m., Monday, January 22, 2018 at Chase Center.

Born on September 24, 1935 in Royal Center, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Nellie (Reinholt) Layer.

She was a Royal Center High School graduate.

On March 24, 1956 she married Robert LeDonne.  He preceded her in death on October 27, 1991.

Waunita retired from Total Electronics/Controls in Logansport.

She was a member of All Saints Catholic Church and she enjoyed shopping, traveling and most of all spending time with her family.

Survivors include her children, Janet Babb of Logansport, Beth Ann Holton (Charles) of Logansport, Mark LeDonne (Eleanor) of Logansport and Michael LeDonne (Karen) of Logansport, brother in law, Eugene LeDonne (Shirley) of Logansport, sister in law, Anna LeDonne of Logansport, grandchildren, Ryan Babb (Courtney) of Anderson, Allison Snyder (Brandon) of Flora, Jacob LeDonne, Zachary LeDonne, Sophia LeDonne, Alexander LeDonne and Nicolas LeDonne all of Logansport and great grandchildren, Nate Babb, Waylon Snyder and Stevie Rae Lynn Snyder.  She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by granddaughter, Bridget Babb, brothers, Ralph and William Layer and sisters, Mary Mangold and Delora Layer.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m., Friday, January 26, 2018 at Marocco-Rans Funeral Chapel with Father Dominic Petan officiating.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, January 25, 2018 at the funeral home.

Burial will be at Ever Rest Memorial Park.
