Tammy J. Floyd, 51 of Rochester, passed away at 7:52 a.m., Sunday, April 17, 2011 at Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne.
Born May 14, 1959 in Knox, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Delores Ann (Rearick) Hamilton.
Tammy was a homemaker.
Survivors include brothers, Samuel Hamilton and wife, Sharon of Kokomo, Daniel Hamilton and wife, Julia of Plymouth and Larry Hamilton and wife, Teryl of Jacksonville, sisters, Debra Stroller and husband, Rick of Lafayette, Patty Kemp and husband, William of Florida and Brenda Adams of Georgia, and nephew, Glen Hamilton.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Thomas Floyd on December 30, 2006.
Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 23, 2011 at Church of the Heartland, 890 E. State Road 14, Winamac.
