Richard J. Ricci, 61 of Logansport passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at Parkview Hospital in Ft. Wayne.

Born on June 12, 1964 in Logansport, he was the son of Leonard Ricci and Mary Elizabeth (O’Dell) Raines.

He was a 1982 Caston High School graduate. Richard also graduated from Ivy Tech in Kokomo.

He formerly was employed at Myers Spring. Rick was a member of Revolution Church and was on the Board of Directors of the Logansport Art Association. He enjoyed pastel art and was an avid D&D player.

Survivors include his wife, Lisa Ricci of Logansport, daughter, Brandi Rinehart (John) of Logansport, father, Leonard Ricci (Sandy) of Logansport, brothers, Leonard Ricci, Jr. (Karen) of Russiaville, Mark Ricci (Amanda) of Logansport, Danny Byroad (Grace) of Star City, Tim Byroad (Nikki) of Walton, Curt Byroad (Shannon) of Monticello, sister, Joyce Mossholder (Dennis) of Monticello and grandchildren, Brynn, Oakley, and Emmy Rinehart and Connor Mannies. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Elizabeth Raines and son, LCPL Brandon Jacob Mannies.

A Celebration of Life will be held on June 27, 2026, from 1:00pm to 4:00pm at Revolution Community Church,3930 E. Market St, Logansport, IN 46947
