Randy L. Kochel

Randy L. Kochel, 68 of Star City passed away unexpectedly at 9:30 a.m., Friday, November 14, 2025, at his residence.
Born on April 6, 1957, in Logansport, he was the son of the late Robert and Mary (Hunt) Kochel.

Randy worked as a welder at Monon Trailer.

Randy enjoyed cutting & splitting wood, the Northern Indiana Power of the Past and being with his dog, Happy, whom he loved.

Survivors include his sisters, Kathryn Roberts and Linda Hummer, nieces, Chasity (Kochel) Button, Lisa Hummer and Mindy (Roberts) Dalton, nephew, Robert Hummer and several great nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Mary Kochel.

A graveside service will be held at a later date.
