Philip D. Snow, age 73, Logansport, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 11, 2023 in St. Vincent’s Hospital, Indianapolis.

Born April 14, 1950 to the late Lewis and Mary (Cunningham) Snow, Philip went on to graduate from Kokomo High School and retired from the Chrysler Transmission Plant in Kokomo.  A lifelong patriot, Philip proudly served in the U.S. Army’s 99th Military Police Company in Fort Benning, Georgia and in the Vietnam War.

Philip married Marietta Pasquale, who survives, on October 14, 1977.

Surviving family members include his sisters, Teresa Smith of Kokomo and Carolyn Smith of Kokomo; his children, Paul Snow of Virginia, Wendy (Chad) Fye of Walton, April (Jack) Lovelady of Logansport, and Amy (Courtney) Glasson of Logansport; grandchildren, Ty Snow, Parker (Mick) Cain, Brooklynn Fye, Dylan Fye, Louie Glasson, and Graham Glasson, and great granddaughter, Wren Cain. He is also survived by brothers in law, John Pasquale of Florida and Frank Pasquale of Logansport and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Don Snow, and a dear friend and fallen battle buddy of the Vietnam War, Steven Runyon of Kokomo.

Philip was an avid lover of nature, finding great joy in fishing, hiking, and hunting for mushrooms. He also enjoyed creating Native American artwork, participating in Native American pow wows, and collecting arrowheads found on hikes. Philip often led the neighborhood cats along his daily walks with his dog, Oreo. Friends and family will sorely miss Philip’s unique sense of humor and will remember the kindness and generosity he extended to those around him.
