Noemi Cowley, 37 of Logansport passed away peacefully at 12:11 a.m., Sunday, August 2, 2026 at home surrounded by family.

Born on February 5, 1989 in Aguascalientes, Mexico, she was the daughter of Juan Serna and Maria Delara.

She was a North White High School graduate.

On November 04, 2016 she married Ryan Cowley, he survives.

Noemi was a former manager and server at Silver Lake Restaurant. She enjoyed reading, listening to music and spending time with family.

Survivors include her husband, Ryan Cowley, son, Alexander Cowley, daughter, Adaliah Cowley, parents, Juan Serna and Maria Delara, stepson, Cash Cowley, stepdaughter, Chelsey Cowley, brother, Miguel Serna (Brenda), sister, Eliana Serna, half-brother, George Serna and half-sister, Rocio Serna Diaz (Marcos Serna).

Services will be at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, August 6, 2026 at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Marocco Chapel, 119 E. Market St., Logansport, Indiana.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.

Burial will be at Ever Rest Memorial Park.
