Services for Marlene J. Reed, 75, of Logansport will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday May 5, 2008 at Marocco Funeral Chapel, 119 E. Market St., Logansport.

She died at 7:01 p.m. Thursday May 1, 2008 at Logansport Memorial Hospital.

Born June 4, 1932 in Miami County, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Catherine (Birk) Brower.

She was a Peru High School Graduate, a member of the River of Life Christian Church, Logansport.A� Marlene enjoyed sending cards to all her shepherdchr(39)s at church and playing games with her great grandchildren.

She was a retired custodian from the Logansport School Corporation where she had worked at Logansport High School and Landis Elementary School.

Survivors include 2 daughters, Gwen Frank (David) and Melissa Reed (Cheryl Cox) both of Logansport, 1 son, Steve Reed (Holly) of Logansport, 2 sisters, Joanna Herrick of Ft. Wayne and Audra Roberts (Bill) of Ottawa, Ohio, 5 Grandchildren, Sadie Evans (Travis), Moses Milton, Robyn Maish (Derek), Derek Reed (Emily) and Kyle Reed, 7 Great Grandchildren, Ethan, Emily and Evan Snyder, Elizabeth and Blake Evans and Olivia and Elsie Reed.A� Marlene is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 sons, David, Edward and James Reed, 1 brother Raymond Brower and 1 sister Delores Knight.

Calling will be Sunday May 4, 2008 from 4-8 p.m. at Marocco Funeral Chapel.

Pastor Frank Hibbard will officiate at the service and burial with be at Ever Rest Memorial Park, Logansport.
