Madalyne Donahue

Madalyne Donahue, 88, of Logansport passed away at 2:40 a.m., Monday, April 27, 2025, at Miller’s Merry Manor.

Born on September 22, 1936, in Logansport, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine (Ricci) Firmani.

On June 2, 1956, she married Paul Donahue at St. Vincent's Catholic Church in Logansport.

She was a devoted wife and Mother. Madalyne enjoyed her family. Madalyne loved her Italian heritage. She took pride in passing down traditions and food as it was her way of showing love and connection celebrating special occasions together.

She is survived by her daughters Pauletta (Al) Scagnoli, Fort Wayne, In, Annette (Greg) Goehring Fort Wayne, Michele (Tim) Ball Frankfort, In. Grandchildren, Brandon Scagnoli, Alisa (Mark ) Perry, Christopher (Laurie) Scagnoli, Kyle (Stephanie) Goehring all of Ft. Wayne, Patrick J. (Lisa) Kleckner of Logansport, and Kevin (Katie) Goehring, Cuyahoga Falls, Oh. Great grandchildren Kaleb Perry, Josephine, Isabella and Madeline Scagnoli, Henry and Lucy Scagnoli ,and Hadley Goehring . She is also survived by several nieces.

Madalyne was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Josephine Firmani, her husband, Paul Donahue, her sisters, Lucy Polsinelli and Mary Antonelli, brother, Laurie Firmani.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 1, 2025, at All Saints Catholic Church with Father Gustavo Lopez officiating.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Marocco Chapel, 119 E. Market Street, Logansport.

Burial will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
