Kenneth “Wep” A. Weppler, 79 of Winamac passed away on Saturday, November 15,
2025, at Pulaski Healthcare Center.

Born on May 18, 1946, in Winamac, he was the son of the late Clyde and Hazel
(Howeison) Weppler.

He was a Winamac High School graduate.

On July 28, 1998, he married Doris J. Smith, she survives.

Ken was a loving husband and father who was active in the community. Over the years
he owned and operated The Dairy Barn Convenience Store, Best Lil Warehouse, Best
Lil Video, the Video Showcase in Knox and the Brown Bag, Inc.

He was a member of the Winamac Kiwanis, Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite, Winamac
Fire Department and the Moose.

Survivors include his wife, Doris J. Weppler.
Daughter, Amanda Oros (Ryan).

Grandchildren, Cody Craig Gibson, Cayley Rose Gibson, Brynn Oros and Brock Oros.

He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

Ken was preceded in death by his parents, son, Craig Weppler and siblings, Harold R.
Weppler, Barbara Kopka and Bonnie Tam.

Ken was most proud of Amanda and being “Grampy” to his grandchildren. He will be
dearly missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory.
