Joseph E. Knouff

Joseph E. Knouff, 62 of Winamac passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 16, 2025.

Born on January 3, 1963 in Rensselaer, he was the son of Bernard and Frances (Kuhn) Knouff.

He was a Winamac High School graduate.

Joe was a proud U.S. Army veteran.

He was employed at Rochester Metal Products. Joe was a lifetime member of the V.F.W., United Steel Workers and he enjoyed riding his Harley in his younger years. Most of all,he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, Legena Knouff, mother, Frances Knouff, son, Nickalos Knouff, daughters, Jessica Oberkiser (Patrick) and Elizabeth Knouff and grandchildren, Destiny, Andrew, Faith, Lincoln and Lana.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bernard Knouff.

Full Military Rites will be performed at Crown Hill National Cemetery in Indianapolis on Friday, August 1, 2025 at 1:00 p.m.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Details will be shared by the family.
