Joseph A. Babb

Joseph A. Babb, 69, of Logansport passed away at 8:20 a.m., Saturday, August 3, 2019 at Golden Living Center in Kokomo.

Born on November 6, 1949 in Logansport, he was the son of the late Stanley and Mary Ann (Vansickle) Babb.

He was a 1968 Pioneer High School graduate.

Joe was a U.S. Navy Vietnam veteran.  He was a life member of the VFW, American Legion and the Amvets.  Joe enjoyed fishing, bowling and watching sports.

On April 19, 1992 he married Tina Marie Rance.  She preceded him in death on February 19, 2018.

Survivors include his son, Charles Babb of Logansport, daughter, Tiana Welch (Josh) of Colorado, sister, Winifred Mae Dudeck (Bob) of Westfield and Jennifer Lou Ellison of Georgia.  He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 4:30 p.m., Thursday, August 8, 2019 at Harrison-Metzger-Rans Funeral Home & Crematory, Royal Center with Pastor Tim Minnick officiating.

Visitation will be from 2:30 p.m. until the time of service.

Burial with Military Rites will be performed at Walton I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
