James R. Woodward

James Roger Woodward, 72, of Logansport passed away at 8:05 p.m., Thursday, February 25, 2021 at McKinney Place in Logansport.

Born on July 3, 1948 in Mariba, Kentucky, he was the son of the late George Woodward and Francis (Evans) Anderson.

He was a U.S. Army veteran.

Roger was a self employed truck driver for over 45 years.

Survivors include his children, James Woodward of Lebanon and Jessica Woodward of Logansport, brothers, Rusty Woodward, Robert Woodward, Kenny Woodward and Frankie Woodward, sisters, Peggy Grissom, Kathy Owens and Ruby Ballard.

He was also preceded in death by brother, Danny Woodward and sisters, Betty Cronenwett and Pat Morehouse.

Services will be at 1:00 p.m., Monday, March 1, 2021 at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Marocco Chapel, 119 E. Market St., Logansport with Kelly Spencer officiating.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.

Burial with military rites will be conducted at Zion Cemetery in Lucerne.
