Helen M. (O'Brian) Manus

Logansport

Helen M. Manus, 94, of Logansport passed away peacefully at 4:45 p.m., Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at home surrounded by family.

Born on August 19, 1926 in Daviess County, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Amanda (Graves) O’Brian.

Helen formerly worked at Arlen’s and 3 D Department Stores in Logansport. She was devoted to her faith, her family and caring for her grandkids.

She was a member of All Saints Catholic Church.

Survivors include her son, Terry Manus of Logansport, daughter, Patti Waye-Benson of Cary, North Carolina, 13 grandchildren and numerous great and great-great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, David T. Manus, sons, Robert and Richard Manus, daughter, Linda Almos, great grandson Chase Collier, great granddaughter, Taylor Lucas, great-great grandson Kane Lucas.

Her family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to the doctors and staff at LMH Cancer Center, Angels of Mercy Home Health Care and Guardian Angel Hospice.

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Marocco Chapel, 119 E. Market St., Logansport.

Services will be private.

Burial will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
