George Paul Lombardi

George Paul Lombardi, 61, of Logansport, passed away at 12:20 a.m., Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at Logansport Memorial Hospital.
Born on August 3, 1949 in Logansport, he was the son of the late John and Marianna (Pasquale) Lombardi.
George was a 1967 graduate of Logansport High School and was a member of All Saints Catholic Church, Logansport Elks, Logansport Moose, and American Legion Post 60.
Survivors include his former wife, Sheila Lombardi, Logansport, sons; David (Beth) Lombardi of Summerville, S.C., and Timothy Lombardi of Logansport, brothers; John Lombardi, Jerry (Kathy) Lombardi, and Don (Barb) Lombardi all of Logansport, sisters; Rose (George) Mohler, Delores Wolfe, both of Logansport, and Joan Hile, of Roanoak, Indiana. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
George was preceded in death by brothers; Pat Lombardi, Joe Lombardi, and Mike Lombardi, sisters; Mary Zeider, Josephine Dickison, Pasqualine Beecher, Angeline Binney, Louise Raderstorf, and Judy Hayes.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 3, 2011 at All Saints Catholic Church with Father Michael McKinney officiating.
Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m., Thursday, June 2, 2011 at Marocco - Rans Funeral Chapel, where there will be a Scripture Service at 5:00 p.m.
Burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery.
