A Mass of Christian Burial for Frances Louise Asher, 88, of Logansport will be at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2008 at All Saints Catholic Church, Logansport.
She died at 9:05 p.m. Monday August 18, 2008 at the Northern Indiana Veterans Hospital in Marion.A�
Born Sept. 16, 1919 in Sioux City, Iowa, she was the daughter of the late F.L. and Josephine (Manchester) Smith.
Frances was a nurse for the U.S. Navy during WWII.A� She was also a retired nurse from the Logansport State Hospital and Four County Counseling Center.
She was a member of All Saints Catholic Church.
Frances is survived by several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and 1 sister.
Burial with Full Military Rites will be conducted at Ever Rest Memorial Park.
