David E. Brummitt

David E. Brummitt, 52, of Logansport passed away on Saturday, December 4, 2021 in Peru.

Born on December 16, 1968 in Newport News, Virginia, he was the son of the late Johnny Brummitt and Linda Fiedler.

He was a member of the class of 1987 at Logansport High School.

David enjoyed fishing and spending time outdoors. He was passionate about being dad and grandpa to his six grandchildren.

Survivors include his children, Justin Hulsey, Kaylee Kavanaugh and Jessica Woodruff, sisters, Kathy Hill, Mary Brummitt Osburn, and brothers, Burly Brummitt and Kevin Brummitt.

David is proceeded in death by both of his parents along with his brothers, Mark Brummitt and Johnny Brummitt, Jr.

A reception in memory of David will be from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Saturday, December 11, 2021 at Faith Lutheran Church, 6765 E. 800 N., Logansport.
