Daniel R. Cotner

Daniel R. Cotner, 74, of Logansport passed away at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, July 18, 2015 in Logansport.
Born on July 8, 1941 in Logansport he was the son of the late Ernest and Mary Jane (Walker) Cotner.
He was a 1959 Logansport High School graduate.
On February 11, 1961 he married Anna R. Allen. She preceded him in death on November 18, 2014.
Daniel retired from the Rockford International Airport in Rockford, Illinois. He was a member of the NRA and he enjoyed camping, gardening, genealogy, woodworking and birdwatching.
Survivors include his daughter, Lynn (Cotner) Sedam (Larry), of Logansport, grandson, Jonathan Thompson of Peru, brother, Michael Cotner (Helen) of Ft. Myers, Florida, sister, Patricia Key of Westfield, brother in law, Cliff Allen (Deb) of Logansport, sister in law, Frances Roberts (Ann Layman) of Logansport. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by sister, Sue Cotner.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at Marocco-Rans Funeral Chapel with Pastor Aaron Gross officiating.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Ever-Rest Memorial Park.
