Cynthia Renee “Cindy” Yike, 70 of Logansport passed away peacefully at home at 5:18 p.m., Friday, May 8, 2026 surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on May 8, 1956 in Logansport to Charles Ralph and Donna J. (Kroft) Wiesjahn.

On September 22, 2006 she married Ron “Pee Wee” Yike.

Cindy worked in home healthcare for many years. She also worked at Russow’s Restaurant, the South 40 and Wal-Mart.

She loved flamingos, working in her flower gardens, and watching birds while sitting on her back porch.

Cindy is survived by her loving husband, Ron, son Mike Spry (Deb) of Michigan daughter, Monica Maddox (Mike) of Winamac, stepchildren, Jesse Yike of Logansport, Candace Barman (Stewart) of Walton, Greg Yike of Logansport, and Kristen DeHaven(Anthony) of Logansport, brothers, Carl, Ed and Danny and sister, Codie. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Kurt, sister, Rose and 2 nephews.

A gathering of family and friends will be from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, May 14, 2026 at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Harrison Chapel, 304 S. Chicago St., Royal Center.
