Cindy L. Howard, 57 of Kokomo passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 7, 2026 at home.

Born on January 25, 1969 in Logansport, she was the daughter of Charles and Patricia (Gunter) Howard.

She is survived by her mother, Patricia and one sister, Lori.

Cindy was preceded in death by her father, Charles and sister, Lisa Weaver.

She will be laid to rest next to her sister at Kistler Cemetery in Royal Center.
