Survivors include one brother, Don Carr of Lady Lake, Florida and sons, Edward "Bud" Leazenby and Dennis Leazenby both of Tucson, Arizona and Gary Leazenby of Carol Stream, Illinois.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, June 22, 2013 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery at Bruce Lake, Indiana.
