Betty J. (Ditto) Feidner

Betty J. Feidner, 84, of LaPorte formerly of Medaryville passed away at 6:00 p.m., Friday, November 15, 2019 at Aperion Care Arbors in Michigan City.

She was born on September 9, 1935 in New Madrid County, Missouri.

On May 30, 1953 she married George C. Feidner.  He preceded her in death on February 20, 2008.

Betty was a homemaker and she enjoyed canning vegetables from her husband, George’s garden.

Survivors include her children, Debbie S. Beyers (Tony) of Clermont, Florida, Kevin L. Feidner (Loretta) of Trail Creek, Dionna M. Huston (Michael) of LaPorte and James D. Feidner (Milly) of Hobart.  She is survived by 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 3 sisters and 1 brother.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Murel LaHue and 2 brothers.

Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Harrison Chapel in Royal Center with Pastor Thomas Dewlen officiating.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday.

Burial will follow at Grass Creek Cemetery.
