Anita Sue Klinefelter, 62 of Kewanna passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 11, 2026 at home.

Born on March 5, 1963 in Plymouth, she was the daughter of the late Loren and Alice (Murphy) Fox.

She was a Kewanna High School graduate.

Anita was a homemaker.

On June 24, 1995 she married Verlin Bo Klinefelter, he survives.

Anita loved taking care of her cats.

Survivors include her husband, Verlin Bo Klinefelter (Allison) of Kewanna, step children, Shelly Kay Klinefelter, Megan Lea Carson and Verlin Klinefelter, III, Brother, Steve Fox (Linda), sister, Lorna Mollencupp (John), sister-in-law, Markeeta Klinefelter, 9 step grandchildren and 1 step great grandson.

She was also preceded in death by brother-in-law, Nick Klinefelter.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, January 17, 2026 at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Metzger Chapel, Kewanna.

Visitation will from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday, January 16, 2026 at the funeral home.

Burial will be at Citizens IOOF Cemetery.
